Gathmans
Stuart and Julie Gathman are the parents of Laura Beth, who is married to Nathan Moses. (See the Moses family.) Nathan and Laura Beth Moses are serving in Indonesia as pilots and technicians for MAF. Stuart heard from his son-in-law that MAF is upgrading their internal collaboration software. Stuart strongly recommends self-hosting collaboration software, and recommends the Matrix protocol as production-ready and easy to host. Matrix is easily bridged to many collaboration protocols, including Teams — making transition smooth.
Stuart has been implementing messaging and collaboration systems, expert systems, and accounting systems for customers over the last 40 years, from the earliest to modern protocols. He knows something on this subject. He set up, and maintains, several Matrix homeservers. The Gathman and Moses families use Matrix to collaborate and stay in touch.
